Japanese Restaurant Style Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup minced onion
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp ginger root
1/4 cup celery
8 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Finely dice or mince the onions, celery, ginger root, and garlic. Dump all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ingredients are well-pureed.

Shake well before each use.
