Hollys Buffalo Chicken Dip

Chicken about 3-4 breasts grilled, then diced
Celery 1 cup (about three stalks) finely chopped
Cream cheese 2 large packages -
Frank's red hot sauce 5 oz -
Ranch dressing 1 cup I use homemade
Cheddar cheese - shredded
Butter 2-3 tbsp -
  1. Grill chicken, dice, then set aside.
  2. Saute celery in butter, add cream cheese, and cook on medium heat until cream cheese is melted.
  3. Whisk in hot sauce and Ranch dressing until thoroughly blended.
  4. Add chicken back into mixture and pour into casserole dish.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  7. Serve with cut up Italian/French bread or chips.
