Cup Cup Cup Cobbler

This is a great, simple cobbler recipe.

1 stick Butter
1 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 c Milk
1 ea Egg
3-4 c Fruit (blueberries, peaches, blackberries, apples, cherries, etc.)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
1 ea 9x13 baking dish
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Melt Butter in baking dish in oven
  3. While it melts, combine flour and sugar in medium mixing bowl
  4. Add milk to mixing bowl
  5. If desired, add Vanilla
  6. Crack egg into mixing bowl
  7. Stir/Whisk till combined
  8. Remove melted butter from oven and pour in Mixing Bowl ingredients
  9. Stir/Whisk
  10. Pour in fruit and evenly distribute it
  11. Cook about 1 hour
  12. Test by flaking up a small area to make sure underneath is cooked and not gooey.
