Seven Layer Mexican Dip

(This recipe is under construction.  The ingredients are correct, I'm just not sure about the quantities.)

Refried Beans -
Guacamole -
Sour Cream -
Taco Seasoning Mix -
Cheddar Cheese shredded
Tomatoes, Roma diced
Olives, Black diced
Chives diced
  1. Mix Taco Seasoning with Sour Cream
  2. Spread beans onto plate to make a layer about 1/4 inch thick
  3. Spread guacamole onto plate to make a layer about 1/4 inch thick
  4. Spread sour cream/seasoning mix mixture onto plate to make a layer a little less than 1/4 inch thick
  5. Top with cheese
  6. Sprinkle on tomatoes, olives, and chives
  7. Serve

I like it room temperature as well as refrigerated.  The guacamole will be the first thing to age, it will get darker.  Some lime juice mixed with it (if it doesn't have it already) can slow that process.
